Hey Isadore crew, I'd love to work with you
A friend of mine Jakub Pediač told me about the opportunity to work with you guys as a marketer, which sounds super exciting. So here I am, writing this post.
As any proper job application, lets start with a photo!
The essentials
I am 26, born in Levice, currently living and working in Bratislava and passionate about cycling, as you can tell from looking at my Instagram or the below post. I have a C1 English degree from uni and I use English in everyday communication.

Before the real life
Two years have passed since I graduated from the management of tourism and culture in Nitra. During the studies, I was into volunteering at the events, like managing Twitter at Marketing Festival ‘13 and ‘14 in Brno or just helping out at Pioneers Festival and CoffeeFest, both in Vienna. I organised a couple of events myself, including a chocolate festival (twice!). I also ran a blog about the marketing of tourism.
Work experience
After the studies, I teamed up with the cooking school Chefparade, where I was involved in different gastro projects. The activities included many things ranging from brand naming for new restaurants, picking up the right chairs design, to serving the customers. After 6 months, I realised gastronomy isn’t something I would enjoy doing long-term.
In January 2016, I joined at that time a small team of Slido, which since then grew by 50. Also here, my role touches multiple fields, but the customer support is at the very center of it all.
Lets start with “why”
- I would love to put work and passion together. It seems this would be possible at Isadore.
- I want to work on the things that have positive impact on many.
- I want to learn new things every day and the job description sounds really promising when it comes to the new experiences.
- At last but not least, your (love) brand is awesome.
My skill set
- helping the customers no matter what
- coming up with the solutions to problems
- organising events people enjoy
- managing social media
- fast-learning (from new marketing tools, through technology, to fixing a puncture)
- saving designer’s time (thanks to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign basics)
- saving programmers time (advanced Wordpress user, self-sufficient in HTML and CSS)
